Being in the pest management business for most of his life affords Mark Blythe and BPC the experience to perform a thorough inspection and necessary treatment. This experience gives Mark the advantage of looking in non-obvious areas for discrete indications of wood destroying insects and pest infestation. BPC prides itself on having the knowledge and experience to seek out these areas and recognize this discrete indication of termite or insect infestation.
Since 1971, Blythe Pest Control, Inc.(BPC) has remained a small, individually owned company and strives to serve their customers in the best possible way starting with service and knowledge. Unlike some of our big competitors, BPC trains each employee one-on-one and will always send an experienced technician to service your needs. In every instance you will have contact with the owner via telephone, the internet or face-to-face, unlike many other companies where you may have contact with an unexperienced or “summer help” service person. Many times, they are not aware of where to look or even what to look for to best serve your situation. In addition, they may perform the inspection and/or service in just minutes rather than the time it takes to do a thorough and complete job.
If termite infestation is found by BPC a written report and bid for treatment will be submitted to you or your contact within one business day. Real Estate transactions or for individuals a written bid will be submitted on the spot for your approval.
BPC performs the chemical barrier type treatment using Termidor from BASF rather than the colony elimination system also known as the “Bait System". It is our opinion that the total chemical barrier treatment is superior to the “Bait System”, and therefore does not offer the “Bait System” as a primary treatment. (However in some instances circumstance require the “Bait System” be used). In addition, there will be a five (5) year guaranty offered on all treated areas with a nominal annual renewal fee. Under this guaranty, should there be any reinfestation, Blythe Pest Control, Inc. will retreat the infested areas at no additional charge as long as the annual guaranty is kept current by the home or business owner. (Details of the guaranty will be explained in the guaranty or service agreement.) Also, the guaranty goes with the home or commercial building, not the owner. In other words, if you decide to sell you home or commercial building before the guaranty expires, you can transfer the guaranty to the new owner at no cost as long as it is kept current.
